Residential "General Clean"

(Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 4:00pm)

 

To help lessen the cleaning time, please collect up dirty dishes and laundry, and any garbage or recycling that might be laying around the home.

 

 

Kitchen(s) and/or Kitchenette(s):

 

• Feather-dust for cobwebs; corners, ceilings, windows, and door jams.

• Feather-dust light fixtures, baseboards, door frames, window coverings & frames, and other trim detail to remove settled dust. 

• Wash rangehoods, backsplashes, countertops, sinks, outside of large appliances, tables, and chairs.

• Clean the inside and outside of the microwave and empty the toaster.

• Spot-clean the outside of cabinetry.

• Wipe/dust items on the counters and open shelving.

• Vacuum floors, mats, and area rugs.

• Wash all hard floors.

 

 

Bathrooms and Powder Rooms:

 

• Feather-dust for cobwebs; corners, ceilings, windows, door jams.

• Feather-dust light fixtures, exhaust fans, baseboards, door frames, window coverings & frames, and other trim detail to remove settled dust. 

• Wash mirrors, backsplashes, countertops, sinks, cabinetry, baseboards, toilets/bidets, showers, tubs, tile surrounds

• Spot-clean walls.

• Wipe/dust items on the counters and open shelving.

• Vacuum floors, mats, and area rugs.

• Wash all hard floors.

 

 

Laundry Rooms:

 

• Feather-dust for cobwebs; corners, ceilings, windows, door jams.

• Feather-dust light fixtures, baseboards, door frames, window coverings & frames, and other trim detail to remove settled dust.

• Wash backsplashes, countertops, sinks, and outside of washer & dryer.

• Spot-clean cabinetry.

• Wipe/dust items on the counters and shelving

• Vacuum floors, mats, and area rugs

• Wash all hard floors

 

 

Throughout Other Areas:

 

• Feather-dust for cobwebs; corners, ceilings, light fixtures, windows, door jams.

• Feather-dust light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards, door frames, window coverings & frames, and other trim detail to remove settled dust.

• Clean wall mirrors, French doors, glass front & patio doors.

• Hand-dust decor items, furniture, and accessories.

• Vacuum floors, mats, area rugs, staircases, and upholstery.

• Wash all hard floors, and hand-wash any non-carpeted steps and risers.

 

 

Extra Tasks:

 

• Garbage collection and bag replacement.
• Spot-clean the inside of fridges.
• Wash inside of windows including glass, sills, and frames that can be safely reached on a 4-ft ladder.
• Hand-wash ceiling fans and light fixtures that can be safely reached on a 4-ft ladder.
• Hand-wash bathroom exhaust fan covers that can be safely reached on a 4-ft ladder.
• Wash walls, baseboards, wainscoting, paneling, doors and frames, railings, banisters, and spindles that can be safely reached on a 4-ft ladder.
• Pull out light-to-medium weight furniture to clean behind and underneath.
• Wash the outside of kitchen cabinetry that can be safely reached on a 4-ft ladder.
• Clean the inside of fridge(s) and freezer(s).
• Clean the inside of oven(s). Gas appliances are exempt for health and safety reasons. Self-clean ovens should be cleaned with the self-clean cycle or your should refer to your owners manual before we use oven cleaner in it.
• Pull out fridge, oven/stove to clean underneath and behind. Gas appliances are exempt for health and safety reasons.
• Clean balcony and patio furniture, weather permitting.
