Hi Ashley, I just wanted to let you know how amazing your cleaners have been today. My kitten has been having some digestive difficulties this week, and I let them know they could just tell me if he'd pooped anywhere and I'd clean it up. They were so understanding, and went out of their way to keep an eye on him and even cleaned up a couple of spots from him, which was above and beyond. House is spotless, including behind the stove as an extra for us, which we so appreciate. What a professional, non-judgemental, and kind team! Susan - Waterloo

Good morning, I only knew [Team Member 1] today, but I wanted to mention that the other two were lovely. Everyone is always polite and although they generally do the same thing, they listen politely as I say what I'd like. I always leave, either for coffee with a daughter or just a little drive around. I came home to a very clean and tidy house - kitchen sparkling, hardwood floors shining, bathrooms tidy. [Team member 1] always does the vacuuming - I have a lot of carpet and it's always tidy looking - they even left me a note, which I appreciate. I would give your team an A+ for sure!
